Anyone who scans it lands on your church-branded Outreach portal — a friendly opt-in form built for community events, not first-time-visitor forms.
Members can invite friends and family directly. Name, email, and phone are all required so we can start every conversation the right way — with a real welcome email plus a warm text message inviting them to your service and Bible study.
